On-Site Feng Shui Analysis: For those who desire in-depth individual consultations for their home &/or business environment. Also useful during planning states prior to remodeling, renovations, additions or new construction as well as an excellent way to sell your house more quickly and buy a new one that will bring good health and success. An average on-site consultation takes 3-5 hours.

On Site Fees: $450 for up to 3 hrs, $100/hour for each additional hour (within the greater Los Angeles area)

Floor Plan Analysis: Where on-site evaluations are not practical, suggestions can be made using current floor plans. Feng Shui by fax or mail makes this a convenient option. This method is also useful when purchasing a new home and deciding between several floor plans. An average analysis takes 1-2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the floor plan.

Fees: $125/hour

Planning/Design of New Structures: Feng Shui is an important element in determining the location as well as the orientation and design of a new structure. This is a collaborative effort between client and practitioner, incorporating the client’s ideas, desires, needs, aesthetics and lifestyle with positive Feng Shui design. Architect’s blueprints can also be analyzed to optimize Feng Shui design. The earlier in the process you get Feng Shui involved, the better for all occupants!

Fees for planning & design are on a per project basis.
