PER-K is a revolutionary technique with a proven track record that has been used in business applications since 1990. It has been presented in the context of stress management, team building, sales performance, visioning, and communications training. The first formal presentation to the business community at large, took place at the American Association of Training and Development’s international conference in New Orleans in 1992 by the Originator of PER-K, Robert M. Williams, M.A. The session was attended by over 270 people. As a result of this presentation, business training opportunities were secured with Continental Airlines, the U.S. Forest Service and Gulf Oil/Canada.

Organizations don’t change until people change! PER-K deals with the often unrecognized impact of the subconscious mind. It is the storehouse for core beliefs that direct our behaviors and dramatically influence performance both personally and professionally. With PER-K, you make direct contact with the subconscious mind, identify beliefs that may be sabotaging you and transform them into beliefs that support you. PER-K is an individual and organizational change modality whose time has come. The time is right now for PER-K in your organization. Organizations are “down sizing”, “right sizing”, “reengineering”, becoming “learning organizations”, doing “total quality management”, instituting “principle centered leadership”, and in general are wondering why all their efforts aren’t producing better results! Organizations don’t change until people change. In other words, the energy and spirit of any organization is a product of the collective attitudes, the core values and operative beliefs of the employees who comprise the organization.
