The Turning Stress Into Success module teaches participants to identify the key stressors in their lives, both personal and professional. By using Per-K™ whole-brain techniques, participants learn to effectively transform the energy of stress into energy that can be used for constructive purposes. These simple to use techniques are especially effective in redirecting the subconscious and conscious minds toward solutions rather than focusing on problems. The key to success is being able to see the opportunity in challenging situations and to turn difficulty into creativity.
